- Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
2. Health and Medical Responsibility
- Disclaimer: The ground owner is not responsible for any health-related issues, injuries, or accidents that occur on the premises during matches or any other activities. Players, members, and visitors assume full responsibility for their own health and safety.
- Players are solely responsible for monitoring their health conditions and should refrain from participating if unwell.
- The ground owner does not provide medical assistance. In case of an injury or health emergency, players are responsible for arranging their own medical care and transportation if needed.
3. Use of Protective Equipment
- All players are encouraged to wear appropriate protective gear (helmets, gloves, pads) during matches and practice. The ground owner is not liable for injuries due to lack of protective equipment.
4. Liability Waiver
- By entering the premises, players and visitors acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in or observing cricket activities, including potential injuries. The ground owner shall not be held liable for any injury, health issue, or medical expense resulting from participation.
5. General Ground Rules
- Smoking, alcohol, and the use of illegal substances are prohibited on the premises.
- Players and visitors must respect the facilities and avoid causing damage to property or equipment. Any damages may result in charges for repair or replacement.
6. Weather and Play Conditions
- The ground owner reserves the right to cancel or delay matches in case of adverse weather conditions. Players are responsible for ensuring that conditions are safe before beginning play.
- The ground owner also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings if necessary, due to unforeseen events or other important activities taking place on the ground. In such cases, the ground owner will notify the concerned parties as early as possible and may offer alternative dates or a refund, depending on the situation.
